It's an exciting time for the behavioral health system of care and recovery in Santa Barbara County. With the support and authorization of the County's Board of Supervisors and the County Executive Office, in June 2013 a collaborative ADMHS systems change initiative was launched. ADMHS -- now the Department of Behavioral Wellness -- staff members, clients, families, community providers and other stakeholders are creating a more inclusive, multi-disciplinary system of care. Behavioral Wellness leadership is fully committed to achieving an organizational transformation that is transparent and participative.
A calendar of systems change activities is here.
